Already a climber?

Whether you're new to the sport or you can send an 8a or a V9, there's plenty to do. We welcome climbers of all abilities and we're always on hand to give a bit of advice or some encouragement. We've got over 100 roped lines from 3+ to 8a+ (we'll be setting to 8b and beyond over the winter), with a top roping area and autobelays. For the boulderers we've got c. 60 problems from beginner friendly to V9 and above. A one day entry costs just £9 with monthly passes starting from £55. If you need equipment we hire harnesses, shoes, belay devices and chalk bags.

If you're new to the Send and you'd like to speed your way through the registration process, why not download a waiver and fill it in and bring it with you on the day.

New to climbing, want to give it a go?

If you've never climbed before then you've come to the right place to start. As a family why not book onto one of our taster sessions to get a feel for what indoor climbing is like. After that, adults can enrol onto one of our climbing induction courses to learn how to use the centre without an instructor. If one of the kids is a budding olympic climber then why not start them off on one of our holiday kids clubs or term-time NICAS courses.

If you just fancy bouldering then fear not, our bouldering induction only takes a few minutes and then you can get climbing. If you'd like a few tips and tricks we can help you out with that too, just book onto one of our Introduction to Bouldering sessions.

Once you've made your first steps, we can help you make the most of your new found skills, why not try some 1:1 coaching or take part in one of our lead climbing courses.
